The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
What it costs, and how long
Shipping is the printer's own charge, at cost, quoted in the studio before you pay. Prodigi or Printful makes each print within about two working days and ships it from the facility nearest you; tracking comes by email when it leaves. A 40 × 60 inch canvas travels as freight and can take longer; the quote says so.
If it arrives damaged or wrong
Send a photo to support@painted.app within 30 days of delivery and we'll have it printed again at no cost, or refund it if you'd rather.
Changing your mind
Every print is made to order with your mountain and your words, so we can't take one back because you've changed your mind. If you write within an hour of ordering, before it reaches the printer, we'll cancel it in full. A digital file can't be returned once its link is sent. In the EU and the UK, the right to cancel doesn't apply to goods made to your specification.
